Baseline Defined
A tested and certified version of a deliverable representing a conceptual milestone which thereafter serves as the basis for further development and that can be modified only through formal change control procedures. A particular version becomes a baseline when a responsible group decides to designate it as such.

Boston--A majority of architects say that multifamily buildings, as well as other commercial buildings, are going green more than other building types (institutional, single-family and industrial), according to the fourth annual Autodesk/AIA Green Index released this week at the GreenBuild Conference and Expo in Boston.
